The worldwide home furnishing industry is expected to exceed $700 billion by 2023. Increased consumer interest in home decoration is fueling new market growth. Furniture, textiles and floor covering products are key components of home decor. Expansion and developments in real estate industry, have supplemented the growth of world home decor market. In particular, demand for organic home furnishing products is continuing to rise thanks to increased consumer awareness regarding the importance of choosing more environmentally friendly materials. Other factors driving market growth include availability of wider product ranges, regional market development and electronic media campaigns. Consumers are showing particular interest in natural products and alternative materials in the home furnishing products sector.

Market growth will be fueled by recovery in the housing sector, with increased construction activity leading to higher consumer demand for home decoration products. Developing markets such as Latin America and Asia-Pacific are expected to record rising demand over the coming years for colorful, vibrant bed furnishings.

Companies are focusing on the benefits of new technology innovation to offer consumers energy savings, cost reductions and more environmentally friendly lighting solutions. This shift has led to a decline in demand for conventional lighting options like electronic ballasts and T12, HID fixtures, but has spurred a subsequent rise in demand for integrated systems and solid-state technologies, including T8 and T5 fixtures and lamps.

Solid-state lighting controls facilitate more-efficient energy use, thereby reducing overall energy costs. Due to the higher price of technology, companies first target high-end markets when launching newer products such as LEDs and CFLs, which are popular for their superior energy efficiency and power.

Home decor has been gaining prominence across both developed and developing markets with increasing urbanization and globalization trends. Globalization is now enabling easy and wide availability of such decorative items, designs and ideas to consumers. Moreover, home decor products are income elastic, we expect global disposable incomes to increase continuously over the next few years, particularly in emerging economies such as Asia, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, etc.

Additionally, the recovery of the global real estate industry is also expected to drive home ownership rates creating a positive impact on this market. Another major factor driving this market is the strong performance of the online retail sector. The advent of online retail has made home decor products easily available, affordable and convenient to buy.

Globally, there are many international and domestic players, who provide furniture in the market. Companies such as Kimball International, Herman Miller, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. and IKEA are some of the prominent players in the furniture market. These companies offer a wide range of furniture products of various categories, colors, material textures and styles.

    Decoration industry
The Decoration industry is dependant on keeping homeowners and builders to stay in the here and now. Building homes, and decorating a home takes calculation for what is needed, because time is always a factor. The preferences of homeowners and decorators depends oftentimes of what is available in the area, and what can be obtained at a moment’s notice. When we do not stand for values that teach certain skills, those skills die with the older generation. We see home improvement stores have moved to the next level, in teaching homeowners to do DIY projects; many people went back to the basics of learning how to build from scratch. Many people have gone off- grid as another means of going back to basics. Years ago, people takes pride in building their furniture from scratch. Now we get furniture from plastic, glass, and particle boards. If you wanted real wood, the cost goes up.
Now when you go into furniture stores, it all depends on your budget. With the now tariff restrictions, what will happen to the consumer depends on their choices, and their finances. Many of those old companies that were here two decades ago have gone away. The brick and mortar buildings are now replaced with online shopping. What will our homes look like in the next forty years? Technology has taken a different turn in homes, you can now plug a lamp into a desk, led is now used more than standard bulbs that will help the consumer be more on task and point.
We have choices, what we do with them now and in the future will depend on cost and availability. As long as there is a demand, the decoration industry will be here, with the media advertisement

many of us as believers because of our mediocracy and poverty mindset see this industry as luxury and not as a necessity. However when we begin to aware of the fact that we are called into royalty then we can relate to this industry and participate and enjoy the benefits it offers.

Industry decoration, FASHION AND MEDIA IS SUCH A POWERFUL ENTITY. THIS OPPORTUNITY requires us to connect with our DOMINANT POTENTIAL AND OUR GATE, LIKE SOLOMON WAS MANTLED WITH THE ARMOR OF OIL AND GLORY. WE SEE HOW HE FURNISHED THE PALACE WITH CASSIA, MYRRH, CALAMUS, AND CINNAMON. HE DIDNT EMMULATE OR COPY WHAT WAS AROUND HIM. HE WAS MANTLED WITH THE ARMOR OF OIL AND GLORY OF GOD. THIS SUNDAY WHEN I WAS GETTING DRESS TO GO TO CHURCH I COULD NOT FIND A BELT TO MATCH MY OUTFIT AND GOD INSPIRED ME TO WEAR MY SONS TIE AS A DECORATED BELT.

I now see the connection of how they interwoven in a synergy pattern. It all comes from the inspiration of God and how we follow that prompting. We as believers must never try to match those of the world. Stay focused on what God has placed in each of us.
I find inspiration in building of homes, restricting homes, and how to make my space given to me by God. Know how to follow the ark.
