At this present time, changes are happening within the agri.culture industry. With import and export of goods and services, and the recent tariff laws what will that look like for all counties who depend on Us and others for meat, vegetable, wood. Are we as a nation prepared for these changes that are coming. The increase in food prices, the poor quality of some of the food items, not to mention less workers available.. according to this stat in this article.
The US agriculture and forestry sector includes about 2 million farms and about 3,000 timber companies with combined annual revenue of nearly $500 billion.. The question of where we stand as a nation with import of goods and services, and its impact on our citizens, who is already struggling. Is there accountability , are they willing to reassess the damage that is being done to their citizens around the world. With the closing of some supermarket chains and other services will we become a wasteland for all these new changes? Will these nations and industries look at the effects their Laws and decisions are leaving for the next generations?

Currently, there are many protest over how many of our foods are genetically modified and lab grown instead of natural and organic methods. We now have to eat twice or more of frits and vegetables in order to gain the needed nutrients. Nutritional values of many produce are low due to production and processing methods. Many families especially minorities, have to make a choice between quality and quantity when feeding their families. However as believers we must prioritize taking care of our bodies( God’s Temple) by paying attention to what we eat
With the proposed tariffs and its subsequent trade wars, families are definitely going to feel the impact on their already strained budget.
