COPENHAGEN, Denmark – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Mjølner Informatics from Norlys, strengthening Accenture’s software engineering, digital engineering and embedded software development capabilities in Denmark. The acquisition expands the company’s presence across the country. Following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, approximately 400 professionals from Mjølner Informatics have joined Accenture.

The acquisition further strengthens the strategic relationship between Accenture and Norlys. Under the expanded collaboration, Accenture will continue delivering a range of digital development and IT services that support Norlys’ ongoing business and technology transformation.
