There are are 2 stages in the process. Pre-press and Printing
a. Pre-press takes approximately 4 weeks based on the size of the manuscript and the speed with which you approve work dispatched to you.
b. Printing takes approximately 2-3 weeks to deliver an order for books.
c. As the Author of the book, you will order copies of your book at cost from Cibunet directly.
3. Would The Book Be Available In Bookstores?
You have to authorize Cibunet Corporation to distribute your book to Bookstores. Most Bookstores have limited space for the millions of books in print. However they will list your book online and people can also order directly from your local bookstore. Ecommerce sites like Amazon will list your book. Anytime your book is bought, you will earn Royalties which would be credited to you quarterly. The Royalties are calculated based on the size and Price of your book. You would be advised on the specific details of Royalties when the size and Price of your book is determined.
4. How Much Does It Cost To Publish An Average Book?
An average book is usually 250 pages or less and measures 6 x 8 inches or less. The cost of Pre-press, that is Editing, Formatting, Design and Profiles is $1,250
When the Pre-press stage is completed then the retail price of the book is determined based on the page count and standard rates. Also, the price at which the Author will order books at cost directly from Cibunet is determined at this point.
