VALUES
NATURAL POTENTIALS: We hold the fundamental position that if people, businesses, organizations, institutions and governments focus on their natural endowments, their achievements will be unprecedented.
REWARD: We believe that the human capital of an organization must never be diminished in potential, be properly assigned, remunerated and granted all the fringe benefits to facilitate convalescence and creativity.
HARNESSED RESOURCES: We believe that the resources to advance a cause are already available to all who rightfully belong to that endeavor and must be tapped first and adequately replenished.
SYSTEMS REPLICATION: We believe that there is a fundamental model of productivity for a cause which will yield the same results when applied globally.
ACCOMODATING ALL: We believe that every endeavor must be structured to accommodate the needs of both privileged as well as underprivileged clients and customers in society.
EXCHANGE: Money does not only respond to quality products and services but to rules and systems which are designed to control its flow.
SINCERE SYNERGIES: We believe that an organization must provide opportunity for sincere partners who share similar values and a common goal to pursue causes that advance society with financial benefit as a secondary goal.
AMORTIZE DEBT: We believe that when a cause becomes profitable, it must never be financially overleveraged
RELEASE: We believe that every cause must be structured to recognize constituents experiencing hardship and establish a framework for alleviation.
GIVING: The overall equilibrium of our existence hinges on giving substantially to religious organizations, charities who work tirelessly to help the disadvantaged and disenfranchised in society.
PHILANTROPY: The overall equilibrium of our existence hinges on giving substantially to organizations and charities who work tirelessly to help the disadvantaged and disenfranchised in society.

STRENGTHS
A & A Childcare is a new establishment and intends to meet the needs of families in the Hempstead, Long Island area of New York. The Hempstead area is a family oriented neighborhood where most of the bread-winners travel to NYC on week days for work. The demand for daycare services is high and yet there are very few child care centers catering to the need. This is a clear indication of the strength of the market upon which we hope to thrive as a child care provider in this area.
WEAKNESS
A & A Childcare is currently operating from a residential location. This is a limitation on how much we can grow. We hope to secure a facility where the school can grow with all the amenities for outdoor physical and recreational education.
OPPORTUNITIES
The Nassau County Social Services is the Local Government body that is responsible for paying the fees for the care of children from low income families. This removes the burden of having to depend upon parents who may default in payment of fees. The source of revenue is therefore guaranteed.
THREATS
The position of the government as it pertains to funding may change in certain years by reason of budget restraints. This means we will have to look for non-governmental sources of funding for children from low income families. If and when we move into our own facilities, the rate of property taxes which is high in the Long Island area, could also affect our revenues considerably
