During the year of 1987 until present. I worked an office manager. I was arose quickly during this time, I believed that my focus and dedication to the opportunity afforded the result I achieved.
Working as an insurance agent and having held license of both health and insurance with John Hancock and New York life. I was awarded Executive council Agent and often was no 1. or 2 in my office.
During the year of 1997 I joined the Amway corporation as a distributor during that I accomplished the status of Platinum Director through sales and training. During this time I gained insights on the role one should play in the development of people. During that time my own self development took place. I trained and motivated small teams as well as teams of over 500 people.
During those same year I joined the real estate industry, was quickly promoted to office manager where I trained and motivated, took the agency from 2 people to over 14 people in a few short months, revenues and incomes in

STRENGTHS
The flaw in current training and coach has left a gap for so many real estate practitioners. Creating damage of repetition of a practitioner in the field as well the industry as a whole.

Competitors already have a global presence in the market place.

Fees for non realtors and realtors are extremely high.
